Calling Artists of ALL Ages!
Let your imagination grow wild as we go into the forest!
We are about to embark on a new community art project for the city of Buellton!
The city of Buellton has generously given us a grant to create another community art project. We need YOUR artistic talent to make this possible. We want to know…
What does your forest look like?
What creatures stir beneath its canopy?
What flowers bloom — and what secret wonders grow?
Is it sweet and sparkly, or misty and mysterious?
Do fairies dance among the blossoms,
or do gnomes and creatures sing by moonlit fires?
Beneath the trees, wonder waits.
Flowers bloom. Secrets whisper. Dreams take root.
Is your world Enchanted, Dreamy, Magical, Spooky, or Whimsical?
Every forest tells a story — what’s yours?
Remember, the drawings don’t have to be perfect. They just need to be original, showcase your imagination, and help us complete scenes of the forest for our community project.
Send us your most creative artwork and we will take it from there! If your work is selected we will incorporate it into a design that will go on the city banner flags and other outreach showcasing the art.
Deadline for Art Submissions is
April 19, 2026
All donations and sponsorships are tax deductible and will now be coordinated with our partnering nonprofit –
Santa Ynez Valley Children’s Museum
Our Next Goal:
With more sponsors we are going to include more artists’ work (we have currently budgeted for 60 artists).
Current Paid and Volunteer Sponsors for our "Forest" Project include:
